Not sure what to say?

I worked with Tom over the years, in the Central Offices of PNB, USWest, Qwest, CenturyLink. He was a good co-worker and technician. He working graveyard shift, I working swing shift, we passed work to each other. I also, like so many, listened to the jazz shows he DJ'ed, and shared his great love of music. I am sorry to hear of his passing, and extend my sympathies to his family, and to his sister Barbara Young, whom I also worked with over the years. Rest in the music, Tom.

The best 'bottle boy' any production of Fiddler on the Roof' ever had, but St. Mary's Academy was the stage for you, lucky us, and a song about a 'fire in the fields' on the same stage too! (72') Thank you, Tommy. RIP

I loved The Blues Palace! Tom and I shared the love of the blues, and he enriched my knowledge of the art form. He was so enthusiastic, and will be missed.

I will always cherish the good times with Tommy. Love you, and miss you old friend.

Dear Tommy and family, what great memories we will always have. Dave was so happy to be able to talk with you. I am sorry we are not able to be with you but our prayers and love go out to you all.

I relived my radio days through my friendship with Tom. RIP Tom, my brother in the blues.

I've met Tommy in 1973 when I started dating my wife, Maureen. So many days and nights playing and recording music at his home in SE Portland, laughing, carrying on, no cell phones, no internet. Our birthdays are one week apart. One year he mailed me five of his favorite blues CDs. While we rarely saw each other, we stayed in touch. He was funny, kind, and a damn fine musician. I will miss his smile and cherish the memories always.
