Frankie was like a brother to me. Yes we always didn't see eye to eye, but would laugh about it. My favorite saying to me when we were young,( what are you looking at) I probably wasn't looking at him.. I always loved going home and setting under the Oak Tree. We all have great memories and lots of love talked about under that . Frankie loved his family and dogs. He was a very special friend to me!! Rest in peace my friend

Frankie was like no other, he always looked mean but he really wasn't. He was a great man and a great neighbor!! I am blessed to say that I knew him. I am sending lots and lots of love to his family. I love u guys
