Thomas Anderson

I had the privilege of meeting Tom at the Ross dog park. As it turned out we were neighbors as well. I have had the good fortune of meeting a good number of unforgettable folks in my life. Tom was one of those people. He was a brilliant man and one of the best story tellers I have ever met. I moved out of Tom's neighborhood and I thought about him many times over the years. The world has lost a treasure.

I remember the family while attending Zion Lutheran Church. Always so friendly and accomplished. my first experience of a disability . Shirley sang in choir and oh what a beautiful gift she shared. Tom was a very logical thinker and shared alot of visions of his future. All tho they had disabilities they were active in our church and guided our congregation to understanding disabilities without much barriers.
A great family in my eyes.

Tommie was an amazing guy. We went to Zion Lutheran together. He had an amazing memory and with his mothers help accomplished so much. I am so glad he had a full life as we all moved on.
