Not sure what to say?

I am very late with this. I work at Monmouth Park race track, and Tommy bet with me for years. Things are pretty casual at the track, but you start to realize that you have not seen someone in a while. I was hoping that Tommy would show up this season, as he always has. By now, I finally accepted that would not happen.
Tommy was always a good guy. At the track, where I know he loved to be, there is no higher praise than to be a "good guy."
We had a lot of fun together.
I miss...
