Thomas Anthony Asciutto. Age 47. Beloved Husband of Mary nee Meyer.
Loving Father of Dominic James and Antonio Gianni. Cherished Son of Ann Marie nee Anderson and the late Alfred A. Asciutto. Dearest Brother of Kate (David) Erspamer and Judy (Michael) Graf. Fond Uncle, Cousin and Brother-in-law of Many. Visitation Friday 3pm until 9pm at Skaja Terrace Funeral Home 7812 N. Milwaukee Ave. Niles, IL. Funeral Services Saturday 10am. Interment Maryhill Cemetery. Thomas was an Eagle Scout who Received a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Technology from Western Illinois University. He served with the Illinois National Guard. Thomas was a former member of Carpenters Local #181, The Illinois Rifle Team and recipient of the United States Distinguished Rifleman Award. In Lieu of flowers memorial contributions to the Wounded Warrior Foundation.

I was reminiscing about some of the great selfless people I've met in my life, when I started thinking about Al. When I was a young teenager, Al used to coach myself and John Deluca in the fine art of handling the M1 Garand, 1911 Pistol, and the small bore rifle.
