Tom was my neighbor for 14 years. His dog, Buster, and my dog, Mambo, spent a lot of time outside together. Tom and I would laugh because they would constantly wrap themselves around our legs with their leashes and then got stuck and couldn't free themselves. My sympathies go out to the family of Tom Ashton. I lived in the house above his for several years and occasionally took care of Buster while he was away. He invited me to ride on his boat once.
