Not sure what to say?

Tommy loved to teach the things he things he knew. He savored the moments when he could share a knowing look, and to see the understanding coming back from your eyes. He was mischievous and fun natured, well read, and willing to play, even at the things he wasn´t good at, just to be a good friend. I miss him deadly.

Thank you to all who wrote in this memory book. If you have stories about Tom - or know others who have stories about Tom - at any age - could you please ask them to come to this site and tell the stories of their times with Tom. Thanks. Annie Erker, Tom Bailey's Mom -- or you can email me directly at [email protected]

Dear Ann,
Of course you know how hard it is for all of us to speak what we are feeling. Your Grand-father Vatterott said it best on the morning of your mothers death,"There is nothing worse than loosing a child ... it is out of order! ... I should go first! It hurts more than I can (express) say !"
Tom now joins all of the family that have gone on to God. We pray for them all, until we join them.
much love, Aunt Kate

Oh my dearest Tom. I miss you soooooo much. It breaks my heart that I will never be able to hug, laugh, smile, cry, clown around and "EAT PIZZA" with you again. Your music was some of the most beautiful I've ever heard. The world has lost a wonderful artist.
You were my smiley little Buddy!
With love, Ann

To Tom's Family: We are all so saddened to hear about our fine fiddle payer. He brought many a smiles and laughs to the Soulard area. He is missed by many, many people.

Bailey Family,
I wish I could be there to give you each a huge hug. It just makes me so sad to think of what a loss it is to lose Tommy. I have been thinking about you all a lot and praying for you every day. I hope it eases the pain to know that he is safe now with God. Take care of yourselves. I love you.

I want you to know I am so grateful for all of the joy your precious brother brought to my life. He was such a sweet baby, such an amazingly brilliant boy, such a creative and gifted man, and is forever a beautiful soul. I love you guys so...

John, Gene and David - I think about you guys everyday because I know you are hurting. Please know we're here if there's any way we can help. I love you each. Aunt Mary
