Tom was always way ahead of me: on the morning air at KSLY Radio in San Luis Obispo. CA, before I took over 6 - midnight. In the air in SLC before I was writing a newspaper column here. The only thing I can remember getting ahead of him on was riding bareback bronc at the Utah Diabetes RoundUp. But the following year, I invited him to join me... and once again he bested me, riding longer and better. A few years ago when his MS had not yet made it impossible, we had a last lunch together. And...

To the Barberi family; my memories of Tom go back to the late 70's when I was framing houses. EVERY house under construction from Sandy to Park City had Tom on their radios! way to carry the torch Gina! Ponch

i was very fortunate to work with such a charismatic, intelligent, Funny man. he also was kind & patient, when i first started working at KALL, just learning the ropes. Thanks Tom!!!!! condolences to all his many friends & family

Tom, you were the person to wake up to in the morning. We had many laughs and heard sorrows too. You will be missed and always loved. My oldest girl has MS too.

I am savoring memories of Tom with his beloved Gina and Mickelle when they were little. All these memories a blessing.

As a member of the Ute band, I have many happy memories of Tom and listened to his KALL 910 broadcasts every day. Ophir state, Utah by 5! Godspeed, Tom!

Mel - thanks for sharing your family with me, I would say I´m sorry about Tom but I´m very happy you brought us together, and I can only think of the joy of sharing time.
