Not sure what to say?

We just found out of his passing. We will forever be grateful to Dr. Bartholomew. He had such a kind soul. My son was born with a ureter issue when he was born and Dr. Bartholomew performed surgery on my 8 month old son. My son will be 20 years old next month. I still remember vividly, him asking me..."mom, would you like to take your son the day of the surgery to the operating room?" In which I was so grateful that he allowed me to go. The day off the surgery, I walked to the OR with my 8...

I just found out of Mr Bartholomew .I am from Laredo TX,he operated on my daughter.she was 2 years old at the time I thank him for doing a good job on my daughter .when I was in Laredo TX the doctor's there could not help her and they referred us to doctor Bartholomew and I thank God for Mr Bartholomew a very good doctor.my condolences to the family.

I was in an X-ray room with my daughter more than 35 years ago, waiting for yet another specialized x-ray, which would be followed by yet another surgery. I had my back to the door. Dr. Bartholomew walked in and placed his hand on my shoulder, giving it a gentle squeeze. He said, "This probably isn't the way you planned to spend your summer." Such a simple thing, but I will never forget it.

Rest in peace Dr B. !! God bless your family as they go through this very difficult time. You were a great man!! Lisa Phillips (Stavinoha)

My condolences to the family. Dr Barthomolew performed surgery on my daughter over 28 years ago. Without him she would not be here today. I will never forget him.

Dr. Bartholomew performed three surgeries on our 11-year-old daughter in the summer of 1988. I will never forget his gentleness with her, or his kindness to me, an extremely worried mother. He was a wonderful human being and will certainly be missed.

I couldn't wait for urology day @ Christus Santa Rosa. I had the privilege to work with this fine man for several years. He was a great teacher. He mentored many young urology residents. He always had great stories. I had great respect for him. May he rest in peace with assurance that he helped so many children!

Im so sorry that Tom has passed away. We were friends ever since we were the new urologists in town so long ago. I am so happy to have become reacquainted with Tom at the NEISD courses a couple of years ago. He was a good doctor and a good friend.

He saved my sons life by performing kidney surgery. He was so kind and gentle with my 7 year old son who was very afraid. Also, very reassuring and kind to these two very frightened parents. He was a wonderful person and shared his gift.
