Dear Jeanne: News travels slowly to Delaware since my sister Anne Bartolomeo O'Rourke is in a Nursing Home. However, thanks to her daughter, Sandra Dragon,I learned of my cousin Tommy's passing. Both my husband and I are heartbroken. Tom was always so loving and happy to see us when we visited RI--a great man.
