Not sure what to say?

My wife and I had the good fortune
of having known Tom since the Fall
of 2004. Words cannot describe the
loss and sadness we've been
feeling since hearing about
Tom's tragic demise. Tom's deep
love for his children stands out
in my mind as I reflect back and
it was inspiring to see him go
through adversities with serenity.
May God grant strength to his dear ones.

Dear Phil and Gladys,
We are here if you need someone to talk to. We have been though this and know there are no words to express or thoughts to erase your sorrow. You are both in our prayers, as is his family.

Tom was my ex-husband, and the father of our twins, Tommy and Catie. He taught me that friendship can survive just about anything, even divorce. He was very sincere, very caring, always willing to help. More than that, he was a wonderful father to Tommy and Catie. We miss him very much.

Tom was my former brother-in-law. I'm the sister of his first wife, Michelle Pezzani, and the aunt to his twins, Tommy and Catie.

I am creating a website in Tom's honor that will be both a blog and a photo gallery. I'm in the process of working on it, and would appreciate any who feel so moved to add to it. The website is www.tombates.us

I'll try to get it propogated ASAP.

My family and I will always love and honor you, Tom!

I met Dr. Bates only once, I was recently refered to him and had chosen him as my new PCP. I did not know him well but did spend an hour talking about my history, his history, my family, his family, we had alot in common and I was incredibly impressed. As a young man I lost my wife, Dr. Bates and I spoke about her passing, his concern and compassion was so appreciated. I cannot find the words that properly express the sadness I now feel. I know that when my wife died very suddenly and also...

Dear Mrs. Bates and family,
I work in the Medical Management Dept at Mills-Peninsula Medical Group. I met Dr. Bates as I toured the new clinic facility. From that first encounter, I could tell that he was dedicated to his work as a physician. He had an excellent bedside manner that you could tell there was something special about him. Through my initial encounter with him, I could readily recommend him as a PCP to anyone who was looking for a PCP. We will miss him and will always...
