Not sure what to say?

I just learned of Tom´s passing. He was such a great person. He will be missed.

Tom was genuinely interested in the fate of individual people and the world--his fervor for a better town, state and nation was inspiring and always kept me from getting complacent--while he continues to inspire with his twinkling eyes, easy smile and very funny take on this crazy world-- I will miss him and the generous world he and Suzy created. Love to the family always.

Tom was not one in a million, he was one in a Billion! What a great spirit and outlook he had. We consider it a privilege and one of the great blessings in our lives to have had him in it.

Tommy (that is what we called you then) - I knew you when you were a nice unassuming kid brother to Denny. We both left town for good before you blossomed into the remarkable man you became. I wish I had known you better over the years. You have left us too soon. Farewell.

I met Tom years ago while working for Democratic State Committee he was a sweet soul. My Condolences to the family.

My sincere sympathy to Parker and the rest of Tom´s family. I will miss the interesting discussions we had in the Y locker room and all the events that Tom and I worked beer concessions together. Never a dull moment. A special man and truly larger than life personality. May your spirit and memory be eternal.

Tom was a good person. Funny and smart. God gained an angel. But we lost one.

Dear Beene Family, I worked with Tom in the House of Representatives, we were both staffers. I enjoyed him and his crazy humor. He was so uplifting. I last saw Tom as my favorite "Beer Man" at the Senators'. Rest In Peace, my friend. Eternal Memory.

I knew Tommy when I became friends with his sister Mari -Pat in junior high school. Tom was 3 yrs. younger than us. We loss touch many times as we moved through life. I'm still good friends with his sister and we visit when we can. She always updated me on family, so proud of Tommy and the outstanding person he became, I remember how smart he was and wow what a wonderful life he lived. What a awesome person to have know. Condolences to his family and friends, how fortunate we all were to...
