So sad to wake up today and hear this news. I will always remember the first time I met Tom when I got off the plane in San Francisco, a scared Brit from the Uk coming to live and work with an American family i had never met. From the start Tom made me feel at home and part of the family. Little things like hanging the British flag outside the house one day and always helping with my huge case of luggage when ever I came to stay after my year with the family has ended.
