Tom was a true gentleman and I enjoyed my time working with Tom in the office at City Hall. He loved his Lobster Bisque at lunch. Rest easy my friend

I am sorry to hear about Tom's passing. We worked at Springfield City Hall together for many years. We both loved playing slots at the various casinos and often talked about it. I know Tom cared deeply about our veterans. Tom was a good man. I will miss him. May his memory be a blessing and may he rest in peace. My condolences to his family and friends.
