My deepest heartfelt condolances go out to the Betcher family. I am friend of Tommy's from East Providence's Town pub and have known him for over twenty-five years. Tommy was one of the kindest, softspoken, caring people I've ever known. He always greeted me with a smile and a good laugh. God bless you Tommy, rest in peace.
