Tom was a fellow rail photographer and historian and I was pleased to have been acquainted with him at various NRHS and other rail historical society events and meetings.

Godspeed Tom, a great guy that broke the Cementon job crews in for the Bednar boys. I hope your westbound will have clear signals.

My little brother Tommy we survived a train crash coming back to Philadelphia from Florida with my parents he was five years old I was nine we escaped the train by running out for our lives over other tracks as another train was coming. He was godfather to my son Donald Paul ziatyk I took Tommy to the little missionary church on main st Northampton and accepted Jesus as our savior I was nine he was four on

Condolences to his family and friends. I grew up with Tom in Northampton and spent many wonderful days with him up at his parents house. We especially enjoyed his layout of trains Sending prayers and consoling thoughts Daniel Uivary

Mary and family, my deepest sympathy on your loss. At a high school reunion, I was delighted to find that Tom and I had the same great grandmother. We shared family stories from different perspectives. I know he is now free from pain and on that last train bound to glory.
