Not sure what to say?

Tom was such a GREAT guy, and was invaluable as the NAOSMM listserv manager. His loss will be felt by so many! My prayers are especially with his family and close friends - may God give you comfort and peace.

I first met Tom in 1996 when he was selected to be on a committee for the NAOSMM web site. Tom took over the listserv after his fellow co-worker passed away unexpectedly, and devoted himself to making it run smoothly for 15 years. Thank you so much, Tom.

At the conferences, Tom was friendly, and respectful to his fellow members. We will remember Tom and hold a special place in our hearts. We will miss you, Tom.

Tom gave us all the gift of his time, skills and talents --- we are forever grateful and he will truly be missed.

I am saddened by the unexpected passing of Tom. He was a good friend and a loyal member of NAOSMM. His work managing the LISTSERV for NAOSMM was exceptional. Somehow, we never experienced SPAM as a problem --we owe Tom a debt of gratitude for watching over the LISTSERV as a mother would watch a child.

I remember the quiet young man joining NAOSMM and volunteering to develop and maintain the LITSERV. He was a Renaissance man with a vision. I will always remember how hard Tom fought...

My thoughts and prayers are with the Blakeney family. Tom was a treasured friend of both myself, and the NAOSMM organization. We will miss him! Ed Graham, Florida State University, NAOSMM Vice-President.

My heartfelt sympathies go out to all of Tom's family and friends. Tom volunteered for NAOSMM and attended many of our conferences. He was an invaluable part of organization and we will surely miss him.

I offer my sympathy to the Blakeney family... Tom was indeed a part of the NAOSMM family and will be missed. He did an awesome job with the listserv and always had a smile.
