Tom was a well loved member of our cancer support group at Suncoast Hospital. He helped facilitate the meetings when needed and contributed loving support to our other members and gave us much needed laughter with his stories of friends and family.

Tommy was my uncle. He was a unique and well-loved man. In the last two years I have had the opportunity to meet many of Tom's life-long friends. Tom had great friends who cared for him and appreciated how special he was. Tom spoke so highly of his friendships in his cancer support group, his history with Highland Presbyterian Church, his neighbor, Barb, her daughter, and son, Randall. Tom was a member of our cancer support group and we always looked forward to our meetings because, beside the support we received from others, Tom would make us laugh with his stories. He had a way of telling a story so well that one could visualize the place and the people involved. We will miss him.
