Thomas Michael Boone

One of my favorite memories of Mike was watching the 1993 college basketball championship. Carolina beat the Michigan Wolverines also know as the fab five. Mike, Jennifer and I were jumping up and down in their living room crazy with excitement. Mike loved playing basketball as did I. Randy Peterson

Mike was one of the finest men I've known. He was my first cousin and I knew him to be honest, strong, and funny. Once shot in the line of duty by someone out to kill him, he remained committed to doing the right thing for the community and for his family. He sure loved his girls; the hole he leaves behind is vast.
