Not sure what to say?

I am sorry to hear about your loss. Lori and Tom always made everyone feel so welcome anytime you came into Checkerboard, no matter who you are. Your family is in our prayers.

Lori,
I am so sorry to hear about Tom. If there were words I could say to comfort you and the kids I would say them, If there were anything I can do to help you through this I would do it. If there was anyway I could get him back for you and the kids I would do that too. I hope you know if you need anything I can give, I am there for you. Just let me know.

Tom was the most incredible man you could ever meet, He would feed you and remember 6 months down the road exactly what you like to eat. Not many Chefs could do that. He always made you feel like one of his own when you come in the cafe, and his food was heavenly, maybe thats why God called him home. Lori we will be here for you, regardless of what you might need. Harrah loves you all
and lord knows we will miss Tom!
