Not sure what to say?

God knew that even in death Tom would still continue to be the mentor that he was to many of us because he touched so many people in positive ways. With all the good memories that our family has from knowing Tom, one important lesson that he left us with is the way that he treated other people - with respect and generosity. We were blessed to have known Tom and we will cherish all the good memories! Diane and Bill Laney

Thank you...thank you for all your thoughts.
The last thing Tom said to me was....I feel so lucky, he lived his life that way and I thank you all for being a part of that.

Caring thoughts are with you and your family at this sad time. May the memories of the love and the laughter you shared bring you peace now and always. God bless you.

It was my distinct pleasure to know Tom for over 10 years. While our relationship was professional, Tom always made me feel like a friend. The world has lost a great man. Please accept my deepest sympathy.

Judy and Thomas Dugan:

I went to Ferris with Tom and we were good friends through those years and have many fun memories.

I wanted to extend my sadness of the loss of your husband and dad and will keep you in my thoughts and prayers.

I know words in time can help and wish to say the day is approaching when you will one day be reunited again.

God Bless you.

I was one of the nurses who took care of Tom at the end and he and his family touched my life. I felt so blessed to be able to take care of him. His family was a great blessing to have around the hospital. It is patient's like him and his family that make me love my job. I was only able to spend such a little time with them but I will remember the experience for the rest of my life. Thank you

I was blessed as a young girl to get to know Tom and Judy. Being brought up in the industy I have had opportunities to meet some very special people, Tom was one of the first. I will never forget the summers at Grand Traverse Resort or the trip to Walt Disney. Forever, those memories and that smile will be etched in my heart. I was blessed again to be able to see that same smile at the Hoolie, nothing had changed, the brightness was still there, the Tom I will always remember.
May God...

I am sorry to learn the news upon returning from Spring Break. I will always remember Tom for all of the great talks we had on Boy Scout trips, about Ireland and life, and what he learned from his mentor Foster Bishop. I suspect that he passed much wisdom on to others.

Judy and Dugan, my heart and prayers are with you. From what I could tell by how he talked about family, he was a great husband and loving father.

Judy and Dugan, Our thoughts and prayers are with you both. You know better than anyone what a great influence Tom had on so many people. Keep faith and courage. Know you are both surronded by friends and family.
