Not sure what to say?

Dr. Briggs taught me many things as a Neuro_Trauma ICU nurse, such as stand up for yourself, always be prepared, and know that we are only human. I was sad to here about Dr. Briggs passing. I am grateful I had the opportunity to work with him in the NTICU at the beside and care for his patients. He is truly missed.

Didn't know he passed away I miss you dr Briggs you were my favorite doctor growing up

Cheryl,

I just learned of Tom's passing yesterday. I'm so sorry for your loss! He was such a great guy and I enjoyed spending time and listening to him talk about extremely complex things as though they were simple. He was a fantastic surgeon and an even better guy to drink a beer with. He was a good friend as well.

My thoughts and prayers go out to you and the girls.

God Bless!

I just learned of Dr. Briggs passing. I had Arnold Chirai malformation in 1998. Had to have three surgeries, had meningitis, and a host of other problems. Dr. Briggs saw me thru all that with great compassion and excellent care. I will never forget. Cheryl and family, I am so sorry for your great loss.

I just learned of Dr. Briggs death and am saddened by the loss. Twenty years ago he saved my life from a brain aneurism. I will never forget what he did for me. He gave me the chance to raise my two small children and finish college. He was such a wonderful Doctor and I will never stop pushing the envelope to do the things that many said I would never be able to do again. It was only through his gifted hands and Gods Grace that I am alive today. Diana Williamson (Mt. Vernon, MO)

I'm so sorry for your loss, Cheryl. I have had Tom on my mind a lot lately, not knowing of his passing. I just now learned of his death and was truly grief stricken. We never had the chance to meet, of this I am even more saddened, because he spoke so highly of you. I would like to keep in touch with you and I'm sure, as much, in a short span of time, I was touched by his life, even more so you understand the profound impact I get he had on you and your family. He told me I should have...

This man removed a tumor off my Spinal Cord in 2009. Without his skills my life could have been bad. Was sad to hear of his passing. He will be missed in this community!

Sympathy for the entire family. We are saddened by the loss of this wonderful doctor.

Although we never actually knew Tom, we heard wonderful stories about his dedicated work. We send our sympathy to his lovely wife & daughters, as well as to the rest of his family. We are saddened by the loss of a brilliant doctor.
Prayers for the family,
