Not sure what to say?

Dud not know Tom had passed, was trying to locate him and let him know Frank Sirchia passed on Nov. 4, 2023.

Rest in peace Tom. I always enjoyed working with you. You were a good guy.

Listening to music, fishing or just hanging out Tom was a hoot to spend time with. Kind, caring considerate guy, a friend. We had a number of adventures together with Bob Maxwell, Ron Haynes, Dan Berube and the rest of the EOW crew. RIP Tom, thinking of you whenever the tide is rolling or The Dead are playing, which is just about all the time.

I met my friend Tom through his dedicated work in the Weatherization Assistance Program (This program improves the lives of seniors, persons with a disability, families with children and veterans.). Tom was a leader in the program nationally and a giant in the program here in Oregon. He touched so many lives. I will miss Tom. My sincere condolences to his family.

Yes, I remember the day It was on the mourn That I saw a ship a sailing Sea was calm Winds were fair Flag it snapped Thomas still young Cap boxed just right And he was at the rail With shipmates once again.---rs

I feel blessed to have known and worked with Tom for many years. He said it like it was and always made me smile. Much love to you Tom, RIP.

Tom, may you now be at peace. Thanks for all you taught me and many others. You were a good friend. Roll Tide

May your hands always be busy May your feet always be swift May you have a strong foundation When the winds of changes shift May your heart always be joyful May your song always be sung And may you stay forever young
