Dear Joyce, Anthony, Nathan and families,
It was my great privilege to meet and work with Tom while he was at the Poppen residence, and a privilege to become acquainted with Joyce & Anthony, Jennifer, & Sage. Sharing your celebration of his national award was great & I'm looking forward to his graduation celebration.

My memory of Tom is that he spoke quietly with words that had tremendous power. The range of his knowledge and experience and his unique ability to share them with words made his writings and conversations tremendous treats. Tom wrote for many publications and was loved by tens of thousands of readers. His loss will be felt by many, many people he has never met. Thank you, and God be with you Tom.
