Not sure what to say?

We were so sorry to hear of Tom's passing. 48 is just too young. Our thoughts and heartfelt sympathy to Cindy and their children. May you find some peace and comfort through the support of your friends and family.

My prayers go out to the Burd family.

Tom was a very special person to my husband and I. Tom and my husband Tom Thayer had known each other since early grade school years. I met Tom in sixth grade, which is when I met my husand Tom. We both have plenty of awesome memories including Tom Burd. Be it the three of us together or our own separate memories. My Tom realls the nickname they gave each other of HamBone. He will be greatly missed and we are sorry we hadn't connected in a number of years. We always met up to go to our class...

I am sorry to hear about Tom; I always enjoyed working with him at Hambrock Electric. I was always impressed to watch him play hockey with a bent piece of conduit and a roll of electric tape. My condolences to his family.

I am so sorry to hear of Tom's passing. I had just seen Tom and his brother at the post office on July 9th...I caught Tom's attention and just waved to him...now I wish I would have taken time to talk to him more..you just never know....I worked with him while he was at Votaw Electric..he always had a smile for me when he walked past my work area. My thoughts and prayers will be with his children and family while they go on in life without Tom's presence.

You left far to soon my friend. I will always remember playing hockey with you and your brother. I wish you were still with us my friend.

Tom was my first cousin and we use to hang out when we were growing up and we played with his dog....Sea Dog...we use to have a blast. my heart goes out to the Burd family....i was so saddened to hear the news...may God be with you all at this time and console you. You all have my deepest sympathies.
Love, Charlene
