My Dearest Uncle Tom, I was so sad to see you leave our family today. Knowing you're in a better place now. You went home to see your Mom,Dad & Sister and I know they will be so glad to see and be with you again. May GOD keep you safe as I KNOW HE Will! You're now being led into the path of righteousness, and God will keep you safe & sound. GOD BLESS!

Mrs. Cookie,
I know that it really has been along time since you have heard from me. I am Kitty, Harold's daughter. I was just sitting back and remembering all the times I watched Mr. Tom, Daddy, Don playing music in our living room 3 nights a week. That is my memory of Mr. Tom and I will pray for you and your family.

WHEN I FIRST MET HIM, HE WAS LAUGHING. IT SEEMS LIKE EVERY TIME I SAW HIM HE LAUGHTED AND I LAUGHED. HE AND I TALKED SPORTS AND LAUGHTED. I WAS ON THE JPSO FROM '64 - 78. HE WAS TRULY A NICE GUY AND I'M SURE HE WILL BE MISSED BY EVERYONE.

Cookie,
we are so sorry for the lost of our "Big Daddy Burgess". I'm glad we (Tommy and I) had the opportunity to spend time with him a couple of week ago...it was great talking about the good old days on LeBoeuf St.
Cookie,
Although I haven't known Tom all that long, I know he was a special person, because he meant the world to Louie...he will be missed a great deal by us.

MaMa Cookie and Dad Danny and my Burgess family,
I just read all these wonderful condolences about my PawPaw, and thought to my self... HE is the best. I can vividly see him eating them hotdogs and mayo or hear him say Mini Cat, come talk to your paw paw. Do you think if I picked up the phone and asked, "Helwo is it u," he would hear me?
I will greatly miss my PawPaw.

I love yo Mama Cookie and Dad Danny and my Burgess Family.

Dear Mrs. Cookie
My mom and I were very sorry to hear about Mr.Tommy. He was a great person. My father(Richie Tierney) talked about about him all the time; my brothers and I still talk about all of the stories; they help get us through difficult times. My deepest sympathy is with you and your family. You are in our prayers.
