Not sure what to say?

Dear Ann,
I was so sorry to hear about your loss. Tom and I worked together for many, many years out of Mass. Ave.
He was a fun guy and I loved him big time! Please accept my deepest sympathy and my prayers are with your family and you.

Our hearts are heavy with the loss of Tom. We will remember him as always being there for whatever was asked. From when I needed a place to stay in college to recent visits home. He was there to go the extra mile. 617-429-XXXX doesn’t pick – up any longer. Nothing will ever fill this void.
