Not sure what to say?

This week it will be a year since Tom was taken from us so prematurely, and soon this Guest Book will no longer be maintained online. With that in mind, some of you who previously made entries in his Guest Book may be coming back for one last visit. At this time Tom's family would like to thank you for sharing your kind thoughts and memories of Tom. You have been a source of strength and comfort to us, not only during that difficult time last summer, but on many occasions throughout the past...

Well my friend it has been almost 1 year since you left us. I still find myself listening to warren and calling you at work. When I do this you are still close to me. I think in the year 2525 i will still be doing it.Be at peace!

Merry Christmas, Tom.

Dear Tom,

Remember when you were in kindergarten and I had to walk you to Paige School everyday? On days when your grade got out early you would wait for me outside my classroom until my class was dismissed. I guess mom thought if I wasn't there to watch out for you, you would have walked along Consaul Rd. and that was too dangerous.

I want you to know that the sense of responsibility for you that was instilled in me at the age of 10 is stronger now than ever. I...

Dear Tom,
I have never met anyone quite like you. You had so many qualities that I'm sure people only wish they had. You were so smart and so funny, and such an amazing person. I hope that some day I can touch someone's life the way that you have touched mine. You taught me so much, about so many things, in such a short amount of time. I am so thankful for the 17 years that I knew you. I will always treasure the memories that we shared, from your camp at Lake Champlain to your teaching...

Tom was one of the sweetest and funniest people I know. His wit provided a lot of laughs for Anne, Karen, Nancy & me over the years. He will be sadly missed...

I WORKED WITH TOM FOR MANY YEARS,AND REMEMBER WHEN HE FIRST STARTED WORK WITH MENTAL HEALTH.SINCE I AM RETIRED FOR SOME TIME NOW I WAS OUT OF THE LOOP AND ONLY FOUND OUT YESTERDAY ABOUT THE ACCIDENT.I REMEMBER THAT HE TREATED ME WITH GREAT RESPECT. I REMEMBER CLEARLY HIS SHARP BUT GENTLE HUMOR THAT OFTEN MADE MY WORK DAYS MUCH BETTER. TOM WILL ALWAYS BE IN MY PRAYERS AS A FINE YOUNG MAN, AND HIS SMILE AND VOICE WILL ALWAYS REMAIN WITH ME.

LOVE DAN TARULLO

I perfectly well expected to be beating you at Scrabble every three or four months, indefinitely. You've dealt me quite a loss this time.

The sun's on your face, the wind's at your back, everything's coming up consonants ... and I will see you again.

Until then,

LQ

Butch - I consider it a pleasure that you were one of my closest and dearest friends for some 40+ years. Its not fair that you were taken from us at such a young age.

We always knew when you were in the room and you went out of your way to make others feel comfortable when they were in your presence.

I don't know what I will miss most about you because there is so much that you did - How you could remember the price of beer in every bar - How you could tell the...
