Not sure what to say?

Tommy always welcomed everyone with a smile and an appreciation for being a customer. He always chided me about Democratic politics and was always proud of his business. A bit of Indianapolis history passed when he left us. My prayers are with his family.

I've known Tommy since 1975 when I worked next door to him at Capital Produce. I was often sent next door to purchase tomatoes, etc. That's when I first met Tommy. He always treated me like I was family. I quit Capitsl Produce in 1978 and didn't see Tommy again until I stopped at John's to have a Stew. That was around 2000. I will miss seeing Tommy, but I know he is with our Lord

Thomas you will be missed you were always a light to our family and a blessing to all I'm grateful the Lord brought us together in the middle 80s and I ask your forgiveness for not coming around to say hello more in recent years I was always pleasant running into you and Betty whether it be at Sam's Club or out and about the town Gallahads and our years there with you and Kathy and Mary will not be forgotten
I will always think God for my remembrance of you and for the time spent in...

I'll always remember the Cracker Jack box ring He wore. He really had me fooled since day one. Lol I love ya TC. Prayers and condolences to the family.

Mary Ann,

I'm so sorry for your loss. I remember you talking about your sweet Dad during the St. Vincent days. God bless you.

I had the pleasure of meeting Tommy shortly after he opened on Kentucky Ave. I was there for lunch and looking for a table when Tommy asked me join him. We talked for over an hour and anytime I was there he always asked me to join him. This lasted for 5 years or so until I moved. I have not seen him in years but I still have many fond memories. Go with God Tommy and condolences to your family.

Like many others who ate at John's, I considered Tommy a friend. It was always fun to eat there with coworkers. Tommy would always join us to talk politics and tell stories. He will be missed. Bob Orr - Baltimore, MD

Thank for the memories from all these years and for your friendship.

Philip

I would like to offer my sincere condolences to Tommy's family, sorry for your loss. Jeremiah 29:11, 12 assures us that God is thinking thoughts of peace towards us, to give us a future and a hope, and that if we come and pray to Him, He will listen to us. May that bring you comfort in this time of sorrow.
