Dear Marilyn and family, Please accept my deepest sympathy. How many years of memories I have - both professional and social - of Tom. He was my doctor and he was a friend. A flood of recollections of times shared at wine dinners, celebrations of holidays, weddings, medical meetings and many more come to mind.
