I just heard of Tom's passing and I was saddened to hear of it. Many of us with long VA careers started out at about the same time back in the early to mid 70's. In that respect I was a contemporary of Tom's although my VA career took a different route from Tom's.

As a former co-worker, I want to express my condolences to Tom's family and to his friends in the hope that they can find strength in the support of one another.

Dear Colleen...I'm so sorry to hear about your dad. I wish I had known and I would've come to the services. I hope you and your family are doing well. You are all in my thoughts and prayers. I will always remember Mr. Cannon. Love, Cindy Carlino-Pelland

Dear Linda, Brian and Coleen...I am so sad and think of Tommy and you every day. The fun times we shared on George Street will never be forgotten...I pray for Tommy to finally rest in peace and knowing Tommy...he's singing to the Lord and sitting with the ones he so loved that went before him. God Bless

Love

Mr. Cannon,
Sir, I didn't know you but I would just like to say thank you for your service and sacrifice for our Country when you served with the U.S. Army in Vietnam. And to your family and loved ones, I wish to extend my deepest sympathy.

My deepest sympathies to your family. I remember Tom from High School, he was a great person.
