Not sure what to say?

Anne, West, and Amy
I was truly sadden to learn of Tom's death. May the memories you hold of him in your heart bring healing and peace to you. God bless you.

Mr. and Mrs. Carr, Sr I want to say how very, very sorry I was to learn of Tom's passing. I worked at Harker Prep (so I have known him a long time)
I so remember one time we had to call an ambulance for Col. Kieffer and Tom was on the crew and he we so calm and kept telling Col. he was going to be ok - and that immediately put us at ease. He was always one of my favorite students and I have followed his career closely and was so proud of his many accomplishments. My heartfelt sympathy...

Anne,
Our family is saddened to learn of Tom's passing. Sending prayers, hugs, and our very best to you, West, and Amy in your grief. We do cherish fond memories from Overton Lane and Robin Hood.
Sharon Pyle and family

I'm so sorry to learn of Tom's passing, as I was when I learned he was moving out of Maryland. In addition to being a great Fire Chief he was a caring individual who put other's needs ahead of his own, and was therefore a great parent and neighbor. Ann, West, and Amy, may the love of God, friends and family carry you through your grief.

Ann, I'm thinking of you, Amy and West as you deal with this heartbreaking loss. Bless you all.

Mrs Carr... I was saddened when I heard about the Chief. I will always cherish the memories of him laughing and telling jokes that had us laughing. You and your family are in my thoughts and prayers. I pray the Lord will cover you with peace and comfort.
Robyn (MUSC OT/PT)

Carr Family,
Our thoughts and prays are with you now and always.
May God Bless you.

Though we may not be there to pay tribute to Chief Carr, I want to send condolences to his family and loved ones - wow - those are many! I will never forget his kind words when he visited with us at Roper during Richard's illness. One look at his kind face and caring soul touched me beyond words. He will be dearly missed and never forgotten. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.

Chief Carr came in a difficult period and made a defining difference in the Department.
Rest in Peace.
