I've worked with Tom since he started in City Hall in 1990. He worked hard to resolve every technology issue he was confronted with. So much has changed in the last 30 years and Tom was always there to help us understand and fix all the things that could and did go wrong. A gentle soul with a deep love of his religion. Most of all I am happy that he had these last years with Maureen. It was, by far, the happiest time in all the years I knew him. I will miss that happy face very much.

RIP, Uncle Tom. You were a great godfather when I was younger and I will always remember the times we shared and our closeness. I'll think of you when I experience the serenity of nature and whenever I see a Calvin & Hobbs comic strip.

RIP Tom. Couldn't ask for a better friend, neighbor and co worker. You were a friend to all. You gave your all . Thank you Donna
