Not sure what to say?

I have been a friend of this Cavendish family since I was a child! I would visit their home on MacCorkle Avenue in South Charleston. I lived up the street at 93. I was always welcome. Tom and I were friends. I remember a very nice piano occupied a prominent place in the front living room where their Mom provided piano lessons to the community.

DR.Cavendish was my mentor in college and believed I. My voice and musical talent.the best years of my life singing in the Broward College Chamber Choir and being in fiddler on the roof which he directed.Being under his direction was an ex perience you never forget. I and many others were blessed to have known him and studied under him Christie Deminico Circa 1971

It was a sincere pleasure making music with you and Cheryl. Your wit and musicianship will always be remembered.

You brought many smiles to the world and for that I am thankful! Blessings to your loved ones as they carry your legacy!

So long, my dear roommate and friend of so many wonderful years! You are missed!

Tommaso, as we referred to our great friend and mentor was a member of a small group of men and women that gathered at various cafes in South Florida to share our travels, politics, family and a myriad of other fun and interesting subjects. His subject matter was always striking and much more interesting than the rest. We will always be in our hearts. Maestro....we will miss you. We will meet again!!

Sorry for your loss, Jon.

Our 1955 high school class will miss Tom. We are proud of all he accomplished thru his music. Our sincere sympathy to all his family.
