Tom was a mentor in many ways & a true friend. He was the best half of the TOMOTTO OPEN, a fall golfing event started by our good friend, the late Bob Dust, & continued for over 42 consecutive years, Never heard Tom swear except when strangling his wedge.( Even God would forgive him) Tom & Elsie graciously watched over, cared for, & entertained my family in Arizona & Michigan for many years.
