I was also a classmate of Tom's at Holy Rosary, and we were all bummed when he and his family moved to Texas. Tom was a great guy, friend to all, and always smiling and cheerful. Condolences to his family, and please take comfort in the fact that Tom is remembered fondly by his Syracuse friends.

Sorry to hear about Tom's passing. We spent a lot of time at his house on Stolp Ave. and playing every game we could think of, especially basketball. Great guy, great family.

So sorry to read about Tom's passing. Was a classmate of Tom's at Rosary. I remember when he was initially diagnosed with diabetes shortly before the family moved to Texas. He was a great guy and am so sad to hear about his courageous struggles with diabetes throughout his life. Condolences to his family. RIP Tom.

Tom was born in Syracuse in January 1951, lived his parents and 10 siblings on Stolp Ave, and attended Most Holy Rosary School until the family relocated to Dallas Texas in 1966. Tom graduated from Walter White High School in Dallas and from North Texas State in Denton. He worked with his dad at the Salvage Center of Dallas which the family sold in 1984. Later Tom worked as a stockbroker and owned a restaurant with his brother.
