Age 61, died Tuesday, October 23, 2012 at his residence.
Memorial service will be held
at 11 a.m. Wednesday, October 31, 2012 at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road. Per Thomas' wishes cremation has taken place. Visitation 9:30 a.m. Wednesday until the time of the service at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project. Thomas was born in Flint, Michigan on June 29, 1951, the son of Melvin and A.E. "Penny" (Carpenter) Clase. Thomas attended Grand Blanc High School and served honorably in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam Conflict. He was a sports fan and loved to golf. Thomas retired from the US Postal Service. Surviving are mother, A.E. "Penny" of Flint; brother, Michael and wife June of Muskegon; brother-in-law, Bill Dignan of Swartz Creek; several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. my name is mike dimmick. I knew tom through dave, a close friend. Tom was a good man and im sorry to see hes gone.

Tom was a good friend. Played a lot of golf add drank a lot of beer. My prayers are with his family. You will be missed my friend. RIP

So sorry for your loss. I worked with Tom at the Post office and had many laughs with him. He will be missed.
