Not sure what to say?

Mrs. Cochran,
I wanted to personally tell you how much I thought of "Bull". I am Big John's granddaughter and Big John loved Bull as did I. I will never forget going to the golf tournaments with Leon and Frank Hayes. We had so much fun and he will be greatly missed by myself and my family!

Mrs Cochran: I just saw Mr. Cochran's Obituary in the Montgomery Advertiser, and wanted to extend to you and the children my deepest sympathy. Reading of his life story,my mind wandered back to the humid and hot August days of football practice at Cloverdale Field where Mr. Cochran was ever present (pipe and all) along with Earl Kreiss giving "free" coaching advice to Norman Green. Marilyn,
So sorry to hear about Leon. Hopefully, June and I can attend the memorial service for him.
Take care.
Love,
Jimmie Self Russell
(Carol's daughter)

Marilyn,
My deepest sympathy to you and all your children. I did not know "Bull" but his wife is a wonderful, very sweet person. God's Blessing ... Vicki Livingston (Delta Zeta Sister)

Bull will be greatly missed. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.
