I am saddened by this news. Tom was a treasured, respected coworker of mine at US Bank. I loved his passion for teaching others, sharing his knowledge and helping everyone learn how to use the trust accounting system the way he knew it. He would travel to Cincinnati to help with certain system changes but even when he was not physically in Cincinnati, he was available whenever I needed advice or a smiling face. I've missed having him at the bank but it sounds like he had the mark off...
