I'll always remember Tom for his outrageous sense of humor, his quirkiness and playfulness, his insatiable curiosity, his sense of adventure and zest for life, and for the wonderful people he brought together. Few are capable of being as silly or as genuine....as evidenced by his most formidable creation: the famous "Nose Inspection Device"; as well as his mastery of "The Urantia Book".

Tom worked for our office, the Public Administrator, County of Marin, for many years. He became a friend to all of us; we still have the card he sent us from Hawaii kissing the dolphin posted on our bulletin board. We already miss him.

Tom was a great mountain neighbor and a great fishing partner of 12 years. He started my fly fishing obsession which will always keep him with me on the water. Tom will be greatly missed by many.

Tom was one of my closest friends, He was the Kind of person that you could count on when you were down. He had a boyish joy for life that made him very fun to spend time with. I will miss him very much.

Tom was a close friend. I'll never forget his smile, his voice and his gentle ways. There was a kindness and humor about Tom that attracted his many friends. Tom's tragedy is his illness came just a few weeks after he retired and he was not able to enjoy the fruits of his long hard earned labors. So long,...

What a great guy! I am ever grateful that Tom recruited me as his friend at an appraisal course we were attending about 15 years ago. He introduced me to his favorite trout fishing spot, Bollibokka, where he went annually. Both my sons have also fished with the group in recent years and have gotten to know an love Tom. He will live forever in our hearts. My sincere condolences to his family and all who knew him and shared his generosity and kindness.

Tom was one of my best friends (we were friends for close to 40 years). His friendship greatly impacted my life all the years I knew him. He was a generous people magnet who cared deeply about his friends. I will remember him forever and will never forget all he meant to me. My condolences to all his family and many friends.
