I was unfortunately out of town for the visitation but am a longtime trial lawyer who tried two cases with Tom over the years. He was a fine lawyer who fought hard but fought fair. Between (and even during) our "fights" we had a lot of fun. Besides admiring him as a lawyer I was greatly impressed by his service as a decorated helicopter pilot in Vietnam. My sincere condolences. Tom will be missed. Bob
