Nancy, I am so sorry for you and the family. As you know, Tom was my mentor and guiding light at Lilly. Tom arranged for my offer at Lilly, helped me transition, and then told me that my career development was his final goal before his retirement. I will be incredibly thankful the rest of my life. I am so blessed to have had lunch with the two of you back in the fall. What a trip down memory lane it was. Despite Tom's health, he sure came up with some names and stories from the past...
