Not sure what to say?

It’s been many years since I had same time, but we met through our love of horticulture . Super nice guy, and very generous!

Tom was such an interesting person who had an important influence on my life. I will never forget our discussions on the porch, our moments in and around his pool, the many great times we could spend together in the US and also in Switzerland. He was so down-to-earth, always curious, and very close to nature. He showed me how America could be and how important it is to care of nature and friendship. I miss him so much. Now I must live with the fact that there would have been so many things I...

Tom was a great man and mentor. A trip to Europe with him in '72 was the opportunity of a lifetime.

Mr. Craig was always a kind man to me while I worked for him at Summit Hills. I always enjoyed getting work orders from him so I could catch up and chat for a few minutes during the work day. He will be missed even by a stranger like myself. Condolences to the family and God bless.

I first met Tom when he was studying in Montpellier France and visiting our family to know more about french wauy of life. I had the chance to be invited to stay at his place when i Was 18 and to enjoy the us way of life and his kindness and great knowledge. we kept in touch and met almost every time Tom came back to visit France and Montpellier that he appreciated so much. He will be missed

I work for Tom for many years, he always showed me respect and kindness, I also got to enjoy his sense of humor, he wasn´t as serious as he looked. I learned to love him and admire many of his qualities. He will always hold a special place in my memories and heart. I hope you find comfort and peace during these difficult times.

I am so saddened to hear of this news. Tom and I were best friends from play school and kindergarten , playing together at each other´s houses as youngsters, and growing up together. He had a brilliant mind , a wonderful and friendly personality , and was the personification of a southern gentleman . I moved to Atlanta a while ago, but we corresponded from time to time , and his words were always " spot on" with whatever topic we discussed . He will be missed by me and so many people, and...

I´ve known Tom for over 25 years. He was a great friend & he will be missed.

My European History teacher in 1969 at SHS where he wrangled me a college scholarship. 40 years later recruited him to serve on Upcountry History Museum Board. After all those years, still hard to call him Tom instead of Mr. Craig. A life well lived
