Not sure what to say?

Tom was one of the finest people to ever graduate from Emerson High School (Class of 1942). He was good and kindly man with love of life and concern for others. He was one of the long-time organizers of the Emerson alumni picnics. I had an opportunity to conduct an oral history of Emerson High School with him back in 2008, and meet his lovely wife, Janice. May he rest in peace.

At times like this words fail me. There is no way to lessen your sorrow. But, may you find some comfort in the knowledge that others care. May you, also, find some strength in that others are there for you during this difficult time. With deepest sympathy,

When sadness fills our hearts, sometimes we must believe what we cannot see. May God show you the way to new hope, peace and happiness. With sympathy,

Just as the sun will set then rise with each and every dawn, the souls of those who lived life will eternally live on. Now that the sun has seemed to set on one so very dear, please know a soul who lived so well remains forever near. With heartfelt sympathy,

When you lose someone very precious, no one else can really know all that you feel. But, please know that many caring thoughts are with you during this time of sorrow. Our deepest sympathy,

May your loss and pain grow lighter with every passing day, may caring friends support you in a sympathetic way. May warm and loving memories bring you hope and comfort, too. And may you find within yourself the strength to see you through. Wishing you peace in this time of sadness,

Passing time can never dim a father's love -- or your love for him. Your father will be with you always in so many ways. With sympathy and caring,

My sympathies to your entire family. Tom and Janice were neighbors in Crestwood Subdivision. They were wonderful people and will be missed. I always enjoyed talking with them.

Dear Family~Our hearts go out to you all. We believe Uncle Tom and Aunt Janice are together again, at peace with Him. We too will miss him as well, but hold his memory close and will remember him as the special man he was. With love,
