I will always remember Dr. Crouch as a very capable and approachable head of the Nephrology department at St. Luke's hospital. He had built a competent and cohesive team, in which the team and the program thrived. So very sorry for your loss dear friend. Sending my deepest sympathy and prayers.

Had wonderful times with Tom and Karen. He was my doctor and friend as we did a lot of fishing together along with the late Jerry Williams.

Very sad to learn of Tom's passing. He was a true gentleman, and did so much for Kansas City, and others. He will be greatly missed and leaves some giant footprints to fill. Our thoughts and prayers to the family; may Tom rest in peace.

Tom's accomplishments are amazing! Tom was our hockey team coach, Beavers, growing up in Colorado Springs. He later wrote my recommendation for Phi Delta Theta Fraternity at The University of Arizona. I'm glad to have played golf and visited him in Tucson. David M. Gray (Mac)
