A kind and humble man.

I had written this (at least in my mind and sent it)..that said, Tom was a really nice person, these leaders don't exist anymore, best generation... ...I had my first meeting with his firm in Alabama and was waiting for his sr vps.....instead this man introduced himself (who I would later learn it was the owner/ president ).... Dear Susan and the entire family, I was so sad to learn Tom had passed way, sad for all of his family and loved ones, and sad that we had lost touch over the recent years. I pray that your family, loving friends, and your faith that he is with our Lord in Heaven, have provided some comfort over this time. Tom will be missed by so many! May God bless him as he watches over his loved ones on Earth.

With sympathy,

I know yours was a very special partnership and you were blessed to have found each other. May you find comfort in the support of your family and friends and may your memories bring you peace. May you be cradled especially close in the arms of the angels. Warmly, Kathy

Prayers for the Curtin Family and Friends. Tom was the best!

Tom learned of this and called me from Paris, France to express his sympathy. He told me he lit a candle for Chris. When he came back from his trip he came into my cubicle and put his hand on my shoulder and told me if I had any medical bills we couldn't handle from Chris' accident to let him know. I don't know of any other boss that would have done such a kind act. ...
