You would always see him walking in the neighborhood, A good guy, and we had a lot of good conversations. His Cousin Carmine, was the President of our Italian American Club of Stafford Twp, Manahwkin.

He was an outstanding leader who brought the Essex County Sheriff's Office a long way, and he was respected and loved by his brother and sister officers.
