My deepest sympathies to Thomas' family. Thomas was a valued member of the Madison-Chatham Joint Meeting and will be missed. His "can do" attitude was his signature quality and it is so sad to see him pass on at the too young age of 71. I express my deepest sorrow to you at this time and pray that God will grant you strength, understanding and healing.
