Read MoreOne of my fun memories of Tom was that he had access to tickets to see Frank Sinatra in KCMO at the very end of Frank Sinatra's career. It was a special treat to get those tickets as I didn't have the finances at that time. I think of Tom with fond memories.

Tom was a good police officer I worked in dispatch several years with Pat and I believe Joanne was there also. Great family. Sorry for your loss
