Not sure what to say?

Tom was a truly kind and sincere man, always putting others first. His daughters were his pride and joy.

I worked with Tom for over 18 years at DYS. He did a lot of good for a lot of people and will be sorely missed by those that knew him.

Tom was one of the true angels on this planet. Children and families lives were saved by Tom's actions. He will forever be my hero and my idol. RIP for a "warrior" for peace and justice. Our school district has never been the same since Tom left us.

Tom was a wonderful spirit. He helped so many people on a truly heart felt level. He will be missed by all but will remain close to us in our hearts. My prayers and thoughts will be with his family and all whom he has touched with his great caring spirit. I will miss you Tom.

Tom Darcy was a mentor to me, he taught me so very much about social work and life. TOM DARCY WAS THE MAN....may he rest in peace.

Tom, please watch over the children from above as no doubt you are among the angels.

He always spoke so highly about his wonderful family. I will miss his great wisdom. Linda

It was my pleasure to know Tom Darcy - to spend time with him while working at Riverbend School. He was by far, the most caring and giving man I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. I have and always will have the greatest respect for this fine and gentle man.
